Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy Returns Due to Defect or Damage

If you detect any damage or defect in the item, it is important that you contact us before proceeding with any return. We will ensure the collection of the product and the shipment of a replacement at no additional charge to you.

Returns and Order Cancellation: To cancel your order, you can do so by email or by using the contact form available on our website. In any situation, it is essential that you provide the order number. If you have already made the payment, we ask that you inform us of the cancellation as soon as possible. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you via official email. Please note that once the order is in transit, it will not be possible to cancel it. In the case of returns, the costs associated with shipping will not be refunded."

Refund policy

Our policy on returns is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns like  everything related to open packaging of accessories and maintenance categories, such as strings, cleaning liquids, maintenence kits among others."

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refund (if applicable) Upon receipt and review of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically charge the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method for a certain number of days.

Replacement (if applicable) We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to replace it with the same item, please email info@stompboxstore.com

Delayed or Lost Refund (if applicable) If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is made. If you have completed all these operations and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@stompboxstore.com

Gift If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credits equal to the value of the returned item. The gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift-giver ships the order to themselves for later delivery to you, a refund will be made to the gift-giver who will be informed of your return.

Shipping In order to return your product, please contact us via email on our home page.

You will be responsible for shipping the returned goods. Freight is not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time of your replacement products may vary.

 You should consider using a traceable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
