Returns Due to Defect or Damage
If you detect any damage or defect in the item, please contact us before proceeding with any return. We will arrange the collection of the product and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Returns and Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, you may do so via email or the contact form available on our website. Please ensure you provide your order number.
- If payment has already been made, notify us of the cancellation as soon as possible. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent via official email.
- Once the order is in transit, cancellation will no longer be possible.
For returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Exemptions:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the return is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or if the gift-giver shipped the order to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift-giver, who will be informed of the return.
